Tina Ballard

Tina Ballard began her nursing career at CaroMont Regional Medical Center as a Registered Nurse in 1995 after graduating from Gaston College with her Associate's Degree in Nursing. Tina later received her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing in 1999 from Gardner Webb University. Tina has over 20 years of nursing experience at CaroMont. In 2013, Tina graduated with her Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Degree from the University of Southern Indiana. Tina’s Nurse Practitioner experience has included Neurosurgery, General Surgery, and Trauma Services all with CaroMont.   

Tina has always been passionate about providing education and care in regards to preventative medicine and wellness.  Tina has been trained in providing care and education in weight loss management, anti-aging therapies, hormone replacement therapies and aesthetic procedures. Tina has also been an active member at Optimum Result Fitness since it opened and has participated in numerous services Optimum Result Fitness offers.  Tina’s goal was to expand her knowledge and expertise in wellness and believes the services MARC offers at Optimum Result is a perfect relationship to bridge all these services.  Tina has lived in Gastonia with her husband since 1995.
